Species: Ice Elemental


Appearance: A very tall and slender woman with light-blue to a snowy white hair along with a blue coloration on her eyes. He has 6 'wings' made of pure ice that stay almost permanently on her back that flutter like wings, but are not attached to her. Having pale white skin that never tans she sports this snowy and icy look with various styles of blue dresses ranging from short, long, or two piece sets along with various bows and ribbons from blue to red. Having the ability to fly naturally she usually doesn't wear socks or shoes as she never needs to touch the ground, unless she is going to a town of sorts. If the place she is currently at is very sunny or very hot/warm she will shrink down to the size of a child, based on the fact that she can melt based on the fact that she is almost made of ice. Somehow her clothes always change size with her, even more bizarre she always somehow forgets undergarments, what a ⑨

Ability: Levitate 


Powers: Even when she has shrunk from the heat, she emits an aura of cold around her, glass is covered with a light fog as it freezes up in it's presence. A glass of water turned into solid ice upon being touched, her breath is always visible as that being the hottest thing on her, and her skin being gold to the touch. As such she can freeze almost anything if she stopped being an idiot to take the time to freeze it, the only thing that she can freeze without fail alot of trouble is water. Be it the humidity in the air, or step on a frozen lake to freeze it, as long as it's water in some form and she is touching it, she can freeze it. Making ice walls, icy road on a lake, ice sculptures or a ice skating ring in the middle of the highway. Her abilities are either a huge benefit on a hot day, or a nuance as cars are sliding all over the floor from sleek roads, or worse having an icy sheet on top of a lake melt causing a minor flood.
