Art of Megurine Luka, I think by Nian? Some Japanese person whose name is lost in translation
Name: Claire Truesdale
Gender: Female
Age: 22
Species: Good ol' human!
Appearance: Claire is a tall, skinny twig of a young woman with blue-gray speckled eyes and a fair, slightly-tanned complexion. Her long, thick hair is naturally blond, but she has been dyeing it dark pink since her teenage years, usually letting it down, although she sometimes ties it back in a loose braid. Because she plays her guitar so often, her fingers are laced with calluses and a few small scars. For clothes, she has a favorite faux leather jacket she brought from home but otherwise wears any old t-shirt and shorts and/or leggings. She also wears a silver ear cuff linked to a piercing on her left ear.
Personality: An extraordinarily earnest, independent soul, Claire is one of the most stubborn people one will ever meet, preferring to do things her own way and refusing help from others, as she follows the philosophy that one can only change and improve by pushing themselves to the brink. She tries not to impose this idea onto others, but it can show when people ask her for help and she only gives a bare minimum so that they can do the rest themselves. However, she means well by her actions and becomes wounded when people accuse her of not caring, although used to it by now.
Where she shines is with her music, singing with a clear voice along to her guitar for anyone willing to listen. A light-hearted melody at the beach during the day, a wistful love song in the park at night, and everything else in between. It gives her immense joy and boosts her pride when people enjoy, although she knows deep down that she'll never be able to make everyone happy with her songs.
Although Claire acts bright around others, she is very moody when she thinks no one is paying attention, often going deep into thought and not paying attention to her surroundings, the cause of many an accident. She also has a bad reputation of abandoning her responsibilities and going into seclusion if she feels the urge to avoid people, sometimes for several weeks at a time.
History: Claire Truesdale was raised by a single-mom musician in the bustling center of Kalos, Lumiose City, where she learned to appreciate all sorts of art and culture alongside her mom's music at home. Her mom never made quite enough income to be considered well-off, but they were both content in their small studio apartment. The only thing that Claire eventually grew tiresome of was visiting the same cafes and clubs day and night, so when she turned 19, she packed up a few belongings, including her white acoustic guitar Troy, at first to leave for Castelia City in Unova, but wound up changing course on a whim to the Tarot Islands.
Her first stop was Port Priestess, where she was thoroughly fascinated by the gijinka-dominated culture for a year, then she camped briefly on Sword Island taking in inspiration from the natural wonders for a few months. She has since settled in Sun City, performing songs on busy streets where tourists are likely to be, as well as taking up a small gig here and there. With no definitive plans for how long she will be staying in the Tarot Islands, Claire could simply pick up and leave at the next breeze.

--- SAMPLE RP (This is for a sample RP to show how you would play the character. Required only for important roles and legendary-based characters) ---
Sitting on the top of a short decorative wall outside a hotel in Sun City with her legs crossed, a young woman strummed out a catchy tune on her shiny white guitar as she sang along with her clear voice, a guitar case open at her feet. She had just started, so there wasn't anyone paying much attention yet. That would change soon, as Claire shifted into the first chorus.
"Wastin' away again in Margaritaville~" As if on cue, a few people gravitated over to her, some of them politely listening and some cheering. Both types of people made the girl equally happy, and she poured her energy into the song as bills and coins fluttered and clinked into the case.
"Searchin' for myyy lost shaker of salt~" Even more people joined the forming crowd, which made her worry just a little. This was bound to attract attention she didn't need right now.
"Some people claaaaaim that there's a wooomaaan to blaaaame..." She trailed off, as like she had feared, she saw an officer in the distance headed her direction. Someone from the hotel must have already called for them. This was a new record.
"But I know, it's nobody's fault~" Quickly wrapping up the song with a flourish and a smile, she slung her guitar onto her back, snapped close her guitar case, and bolted down the street before the officer could potentially write her up. "And I know, it's my own damn fault," she muttered while hoping the officer didn't care enough to chase after her.
