If you read the plot summary you would know that The Destiny Manifesto are the main antagonists of the setting. Want to be a part of them? Well here's your chance!
Lower Ranked Members:
Slaves: The lowest of the low, these are non-human people being controlled by an Aura Amplifier to do the Manifesto's bidding. Usually they don't keep people like this for long periods of time, but if someone is particularly useful they may keep them around. Aura Amplifiers comes in three levels: Level 1 is a headset that can control a few Pokemon at most, Level two is a suitcase sized device that can control multiple Pokemon or a single Half-Pokemon person, and a Level 3, of which there is currently only one located at their base, can control many Pokemon and Half-Pokemon at once.
Current Slaves: None
Orphans: Over the years, the Manifesto has taken in many orphans, both human and non-human and raised them to follow their own ideals. Human children raised by the Manifesto tend to become Revolutionaries, while non-humans tend to become Servants.
Current Orphans: Yuki (Glaceon Pokemorph)
Servants: These are members of the Manifesto who have supportive roles like maids, cooks, and similar jobs. Officially, servants are not considered ranked members in the Manifesto, but are still considered to be a part of it. Many of the people fulfilling these roles in the Manifesto are non-humans who have been raised by the Manifesto since childhood. Servant jobs that require a higher level of education, like engineers or scientists, would likely only be filled by Humans though.
Current Servants: Yuki (Glaceon Pokemorph, Maid)
Grunts: The common soldier of the Manifesto. As the name implies, they do most of the grunt work for the group and are generally considered expendable, though they try to not take any losses if they can. Most Grunts are Human, but a few non-humans devoted to the cause, though they are rare, have become Grunts. People who can't be trusted for higher positions (like thugs) and non-humans aren't going to surpass this rank.
Current Grunts: None
Higher Ranked Members:
Revolutionaries: These people are a step up from Grunts, as they are soldiers in the Manifesto who are believed to truly have the goals of the organization at heart and can be trusted to follow through with them. Revolutionaries are often either put in charge of a group of Grunts, or are grouped with other Revolutionaries to form elite units. Unlike the previous ranks, Revolutionaries are exclusively Human.
Current Revolutionaries: None
Spies: Highly specialized members of the Manifesto who do more covert work. Generally they're trained in investigation and espionage instead of combat, and rarely if ever work in groups. Due to the sensitive nature of the job only dedicated members of the Manifesto can become Spies, but unlike Revolutionaries it is possible (albeit rare) for a non-human to become one, so long as they are undoubtedly loyal. After all, who would expect a pro-humanist group to have a non-human spy on you?
Current Spies: None
Admins:
Any of the admins can be either gender, but must be Human (or at least everyone thinks they're Human...).
The Scientist: The inventor of the Aura Amplifier, The Scientist likely joined the Manifesto because they would fund their mad experiments when no one else would. The Scientist is also in charge of all research and development, and coordinates the efforts of the scientists.
The Scientist is reserved for Rhewlif.
The Politician: A corrupt politician in the Tarot Island's government who acts as a mole for the Manifesto, spreading their agenda from the inside. They would likely have no one directly working under them as to keep some plausible deniability to their affiliation with the Manifesto, but their role is nevertheless important as they often act as the eyes and ears of the organization whenever the government is planning something.
The Politician is Frank Chokeston, played by MasterBlade.
The Kingpin: A criminal mastermind, who is taking advantage of the Manifesto's power to squash the competition. The relationship is strained to say the least, but each benefits from the others cooperation. The Kingpin's criminal syndicate provides fresh recruits for the Manifesto and helps with smuggling and buying off the black market, while the Manifesto helps the syndicate by protecting their assets and snubbing out their enemies.
The Kingpin is Juan "Jet" Guzman, played by Don.
The Spymaster: The Spymasters job is to know things, to put it simply. Gather info, find out who is doing what both in and outside the organization, and manage all of the spies below them in rank. They deal in a lot of shady work that not even the other admins may know about, but in the end its all for the good of the Manifesto, as far as The Spymaster is concerned.
The Spymaster is Elizabeth Riley, played by HeadPikachu.
The Old Guard: An old Navy friend of the Manifesto's Leader, who has been around since the organization was founded decades ago. They've always been a more sympathetic voice compared to the leader and often acts as their moral compass. Would probably be in the late 40's to mid 50's in terms of age.
The Old Guard is reserved for Sanskrit.
The Leader: The big kahuna, the one in charge of anything and everything that goes on in the Manifesto. They're the one with the great vision of what the world would become when they complete their goals, but they currently have no successor should they die.
The Leader is Ardan O'Donnell, played by Billy Mays.
