Rakutsu is a teen that is at a average high, standing at 5"6 and weighs a little over 120 pounds. His body has more muscle on it then most teens, but not extremely buff like body builders. He has cream color skin, ruby red eyes, and hair that can reach his butt. He usually cuts it, but often shrugs it off most of the time until it becomes out of control.
Rakutsu is seen wearing many different outfits, but two stand out the most. He wears a white hat that most people think is his normal hair, a short sleeve red and black jacket, blue jeans, and red shoes and a pair of glasses.

Personality: Rakutsu is someone who is rather rebellious and independent. He doesn't care much for politics and doesn't really pay any attention to them if he doesn't need too. He doesn't like to be told what to do and shows signs of annoyance and anger after being given a command.
Rakutsu does tend to give a good first impression..well most of the time. He is very nice and caring at the heart and isn't so cool as he can look to be. He has a deep passion for the concept of friends and family He is also one of the few people who doesn't care for social media. He has a love for martial arts and fighting.
History: Rakutsu was born in the Orre region as the twin brother to Yumi Hayasa and younger brother to Akihiko. They were born in their family's farm house away from the city as the doctor was on his way to them. Rakutsu and his sister didn't have a father because he left the region before mom gave birth. Despite being four years younger then his older brother they had a good relationship and did a lot together. One day Akihiko and their mom had a bad falling out and it caused him to run away from home.
Years after this Rakutsu would be old enough to leave home and find his brother who had cut contact with them. Rakutsu got a letter from his brother inviting him to find him in the Tarot Islands. Without any other thoughts he left Orre to go find him.
