Appearance: Sammi is a Pikachu Pokemorph standing at roughly 5'4" and weighing around 140 pounds. Don't let her smaller stature fool you though; she's a lot stronger than she looks. Hidden behind her cute looks and soft yellow fur is some serious muscle that could easily knock the average person's lights out with a well aimed punch. Her eyes are a dark brown that blends in with her pupils so her eyes look solid black, and always has a tuft of fur hanging over her face. Her rear and chest are a bit... *cough* larger than usual, a likely result of having a more unhealthy diet than she probably should. Normally she favors frilly skirts, tank tops, and open jackets for her normal wear, but as her Rainbow Pika persona she wears a skimpy black and red suit that makes you wonder if the purpose is to allow freedom of movement or to distract her opponent.
Personality: Sammi has always been the sporty type, but despite her tomboyish nature she also has an appreciation for cute, feminine things (if choosing to become a Pikachu didn't make that obvious). She's both the kind of girl who will wear a pink skirt, then challenge you to arm wrestling for making fun of it. She's a melting pot of masculinity and femininity, and though she isn't ashamed of it she is more than eager to defend her honor if called out for it. Whenever something does get to her though, she generally tries her best to play it off and pretend she's too tough to get bother by it. If that doesn't work, then she can always try to solve the problem with her fists.
Its perhaps no surprise that she's become a celebrity, considering her charisma. She's a natural born show woman, with a talent for flair and having high energy even when the spotlight is on her. She's always eager to show off and prove herself, and gets as excited and pumped up as the audience when she does something awesome or impressive. She lives for the limelight and nothing ever seems to get her down when she's on stage. Her excitable nature is prone to be infectious to those down in the dumps, and she prides herself as being an inspiration to her fans.
Of course, that isn't to say Sammi isn't without her flaws. Because she has always been oriented on her physical being with her strength and good looks... well, one could say she's suffered intellectually, as a result. Even the solutions to basic math problems allude her, and one shouldn't even try to make her spell 'facetious'. That isn't to say that she is a complete idiot, but she never cared much for school besides P.E. She can also be pretty naive sometimes, and is prone to stubbornly hold onto what she thinks is right even when proven wrong. And you would think with the outfits she wears that she'd usually be able to tell when people are trying to get into her pants, but you'd be wrong. She tends to be pretty oblivious sometimes, especially when it comes to romantic pursuits.
History: Sammi Summers was born into an entirely Human family at the heart of Sun City. Her father, Mike Summers, was a retired boxer who was well known around the islands by fans of the sport. He had been forced into retirement a lot earlier in his career than he wished due to injuries, and he has never really gotten over it, which is probably why he insisted teaching his own children how to box. Sammi on her part thought it was real cool that her dad used to be famous and was more than eager to learn from him. This lead to the overzealous child getting into fights at school mostly just to prove that she was tough, which not a lot many people expected from the cute little girl. A lot of her friends thought she was very strange, being into girly things like then and yet she would often play fight (and occasionally fight for real) with the boys at recess. She was quite prideful of beating boys several grades older than her, but that was mostly just because they refused to fight back against an angry little girl half their size.
This continued into her teenage years, earning a reputation as 'the pretty girl who can kick your ass'. She was barely passing most of her classes (except P.E.) while in the mean time she took mixed martial classes outside of school. On her eighteenth birthday she received a Pikachu as a 'coming of age' birthday present from her father, which she quickly grew attached to and named Scout. After graduating she didn't consider going to college for a moment and continued her training, until she eventually entered into a local woman's mixed martial arts ring. She had a pretty successful introduction, proving herself as a capable fighter with a good stage presence. But at only twenty-one she would receive a serious injury that would change her life forever. An accident during a title match caused Sammi to have to go the hospital. The result was a spinal injury that paralyzed her from the waist down. It was at this point that the doctors provided her two options. She could go through years of physical therapy and maybe, eventually learn to walk again but have her fighting career be over too early for sure just like her father. Or, they said, she could become a Pokemorph and have the injury fully recover by itself in just a few weeks.
For her, the choice was obvious. She ended up choosing to become a Pikachu, since she thought it was pretty cute and she had a bias from already owning one herself. After recovering from her injuries she tried to return to the martial arts circuit only to find that because of their boosted fortitude and Pokemon abilities that Pokemorphs were actually banned from it. That's when she found an alternative in the Poke Battle Royale, a fighting circuit specifically for Pokemorphs (or other people with similar powers) like her. It was a bit different than what she was used, being styled more like professional wrestling matches where nothing is staged and people breathe fire into their opponent's face, but she appreciated a new chance to fight and to make a name for herself on the stage. She needed a stage name though, and with her inspired by the bright lights created from her electric attacks, Rainbow Pika was born.
Rainbow Pika was nearly an overnight success, catching people's attentions for her cute bruiser style and her fighting prowess. She was tough, had an electric personality, and a great body. What more could an audience want? She's now one of the biggest stars in the Poke Battle Royale, a household name among its fans and a commonly fighting in the major circuits. The champion belt isn't hers yet, but at this rate she's making a name for herself she'll probably get there eventually. Or at least, she'll damn well try her best to do it!

Powers: Her powers aren't too extraordinary, for a Pikachu. She can generate electricity from the pouches on her cheeks, which she mostly uses to electrically charge her punches and to electrify her body as a defense mechanism when hit. Being a 1st Generation she still makes mistakes and gives off a charge when she doesn't mean to, like when excited or startled.

Details: Scout is Sammi's partner and sidekick. The two of them are nearly inseparable and Scout is always cheering Sammi on from the sidelines (since its the next best thing to participating herself). She is a pretty impulsive Pikachu with a love for fighting, and hates that fighting alongside Sammi is 'against the rules'. Whenever Sammi is in her Rainbow Pika outfit, Scout dons her own costume that resembles that of a lucha libre.
